The ULTIMATE S4000 Series
printers are the “mid-level” version of the highly acclaimed ULTIMATE 3000XT Series printers. They share the same electronics and connectivity as the “XT”s, but are targeted for applications that need a more cost effective printer.
Available in 203 dpi, 300 dpi and 600 dpi, the ULTIMATE S4000 Series printers give you the flexibility to print on all thermal transfer materials including paper, polyester, metalized
polyester, polyimide, PolyPlex, CryoPlex, self-laminating labels and more.
The 600 dpi S4600 gives you an excellent low-cost platform to meet the Department Of
Defense (DoD) UID Specifications (Unique Identification), especially if you had rather low volume of labels to print and had a very tight budget to work with.
Like their big brother ULTIMATE 3000XT Series, they have Ethernet 10/100 interface on their main logic board so you
can get the S4000 printers on your network within minutes.
